Never went to the ones in the city because they are always so busy. Love this place randomly!

The burgers are very good considering the fact that they come only well done and due to the fact that I like my burgers medium rare, this is the main reason for only 4 stars. Also the lack of options in burger types and french fries that also contributed to this rating. I am more of a sweet potato fry kinda guy. Service was good though. Have sat there as well as done takeout. No complaints on that front. Just be prepared to only get your burger cooked one way. Kind of annoying.

Honestly, it's like the one fast food place I go to. Their chicken shack is BETTER THAN CHIC FIL'A

Love the burgers, love the beer. But, why is this place always cold? And, the seats are uncomfortable.

NO WIFI FOR GUESTS I mean come on, McDonalds, Burger King, and even hospitals, subway stations, and court houses offer free wifi to guests.Shakes are good. The strawberry and chocolate shakes are good.The French fries are crinkle cut type, and nothing extraordinary about them. The shack burger, it's the story of a burger that doesn't even measure up to Wendy's. IN FACT Wendy's is waay better.I would recommend this place only for getting a shake and making a run , because no point in sitting in because there's no wifi.

I liked the burger. The service was slow. I find that at most of the locations.

The food was ok. The shroom burger was a bit on the burnt side.

Consistently delicious. Was lucky enough to be there during pride month that shake as awesome.

The burgers are good, although smaller than BBP located in the food court of the mall. Shakes are good as well and wine/beer is available here, although I have never tried it here.

Spent about 17$ to order a shack burger, chicken bites and a coke. I waited almost 20 mins with only 2 customers ahead of me. I saw my meal sitting on the rack waiting to be served for about 5 mins. What made me write this review was biting into my first chicken bite and eating a chunk of nothing but fried flour. This will be my last time here.

I was here with my group of individuals who are deaf and ID/DD. As soon as we walked in, the manager, Henny, immediately met us at our table and asked if my guys wanted to change the channel on the tv and asked for what THEY WANTED. It is so important in this field that our individuals make their own decisions and he helped with accomplishing that today. Thank you so much to Shake Shack and their wonderful ACCEPTING employees. We will definitely be back!

Love shake shack! Well run tasty so on and so onUse the app skip the line, set up my order at 11 am for a 6pm pick up at 6 pm got a text and the guy called out my order. AmazingPretty cool place too they have there own beer, and its 7 bucks for 24 oz great deal!Wine too but it was ok well pricedFries and burger and hot dogs great, hot chicken sandwich , when they have is greatThe chillie hamburger is so good, wish they sold the chillie by its self, so good

They steal from real small business owners and from the taxpayers as well nobody should be giving this company any money

The food is always delicious, hot, and freshly made. The staff is always very helpful and friendly and the manager was nice enough to let me order food even though it was closing time. Highly recommend.

Never regret going here. It gets a little pricey for what boils down to fast food but it is really good and it's not the same as McDonald's or Wendy's. They also have in my opinion the best chicken nuggets hands down

Burgers are kinda small, but very well made. The shroom burger is also a great example of a vegetarian burger.

The fries I can take or leave, meh. Chicken sandwiches and burgers are excellent. The real winner is the malted vanilla shake.

2 stars because it was empty and we didn't have to wait on line. We arrived at 11.40am. Just one couple waiting for their food. However, it took more than 20min for the food to come out.The burger tasted so bad, and the chicken bites swimming in oil.No wonder this place was empty when it used to be packed.

I have traveled a lot and after multiple visits this place has won my heart as the best burger place around.

1st time eating here. Had the smoked burger with maple bacon 🤤, peppers (I added cheese) and the most flavorful crispy fries with the beat cheese sauce ever 🤤 NOT ONLY was the food amazing the gentleman who took my order was so humble and really knew how to treat his customers... Great Job!!! 👍🏽👍🏽

I genuinely love shake shack but lately it seems their quality food has been dropping. The last two time I visited the lake grove location the food has been just thrown together. There is no balance of ingredients on the items I purchase which lead to an off balance of the flavor of the meal itself. In addition, I order a drink and was given a cup of ice full to the brim with some soda added. This is a disgrace and I hope they could get their act together. You are paying for food but not receiving the quality.

I'm so happy that Shake Shack made its debut to Long Island!! It's almost as good as the city, but it's way closer!

Really frustrated with this place....wife and kid love it so nothing I can do but hope it gets better. I am usually the pick up guy.....90% of the employees never look up and only aknowledge each other...and when we call in our orders, they are incorrect more often than they are correct...bring back John Harvard's!!

Always delicious burgers and fries. Can't say much more. The staff here is friendlier, more helpful, and actually competent, compared to the NYC locations which have completely botched up my orders more times than I can count, with no offer to fix it even after I've called to let them know (15-30 minutes after the order was picked up).Go here if you want a tasty burger. Price could be better, but that's a corporate pricing issue.

Yummy Burgers

This is exactly what a good burger should be: fatty, salty, and ultra flavorful. The shakes are to die for. Slightly on the pricey side, but worth it.

Where‘s the beef? seriously À la cart menu with white castle type food. If you are into less is more this is your type of place. If you like some meat in those buns suggest you go somewhere else.

Good place to eat wasn't crowded the service was great everybody was friendly the food was good I ordered the chicken sandwich they wasn't playing around there was a piece of chicken in between my buns delicious the only thing I found strange was the French fries they had no flavor at all french fries posed to have somewhat of a taste these didn't other than that go check it out they have a big selection to choose from

Food was great. Nice to have a choice of a mushroom burger and of course shake was delicious. More important was my experience with an honest employee who noticed I left my purse at the table and held it for me. Nothing is more important to a business than to have employees with integrity. The food here is surprisingly good for a "not quite fast-food" place. It's not too pricey, and the quality is good enough to justify a trip back if you're nearby. Service is quick and the staff courteous.

Way over priced for quality of food. Took forever for a single cheese burger without lettuce or tomatoes. Five guys is much better quality and price. Not to mention five guys fries are fresh!

I dropped $28.85 my recent visit. I got the chicken sandwich, smoke shack, cheese fries & their holiday christmas cookie shake. Not a long wait 4 food. Local was buzzing & exciting. Friendly staff. Burger was good. Didn't care 2 much 4 the add red peppers that can with it. Chicken sand was delicious. Juicy, lightly breaded. Wish they added more of the mayo sauce. Cookie shake was a little let down. Was more a plain vanilla shake w/x-mas sprinkles. Could have used some more crushed cookies. They are a bit on the pricier side.

Employs were great, the food amazingly prepared and executed and the Cookies&Cream Shake will always be better than the Mcflurry.

Great place for a quick lunch.. I love their burgers and curly fries.. I have been back already 3 times.. A must visit.. Very clean place and friendly people working there.

Very tasty burger. Since you can't have it cooked medium though I can't give 5 stars. Really good good though either way.

What's not to love. Friendly service, great food, immaculately clean. The burgers here are dynamite, and the chicken sandwich is second to none. In the mood for a beer, yeah that's here too. And don't leave without trying the frozen custard. See why they put the "shake" in Shake Shack.
